I can honestly say the whole process was so smooth, I was contacted by slater who completed the application with me took max 10mins then he arranged for the energy efficiency survey to be down the following week, I was told it would take 10 to 14days to process however I was contacted 6 days later with a date for installing my new boiler loft insulation radiator thermostats values and a new extractor fan in my bathroom. The workers can 10 days after the initial application was completed and carried the work out fast 1 day for boiler installation and a day in a half for the loft insulation, everything is working great and so nice to have a warm home again. All rubbish as collected by the company and no mess was left, excellent service all the way. Many thanks to eco4 energy saving for everything.
