I was contact from eco4 energy saving after filling out an application on social media.  I can honestly say the whole process was so smooth,  I was contacted by slater who completed the application with me took max 10mins then he arranged for the energy efficiency survey to be down the following week,  I was told it would take 10 to 14days to process however I was contacted 6 days later with a date for installing my new boiler loft insulation radiator thermostats values and a new extractor fan in my bathroom.  The workers can 10 days after the initial application was completed and carried the work out fast 1 day for boiler installation and  a day in a half for the loft insulation,  everything is working great and so nice to have a warm home again. This company were so easy to deal with they kept us informed every step of the way via WhatsApp Harris let us know stage by stage what was happening and what the work would consist of on the day
We had a new boiler and new loft insulation all the old insulation was taken away the following day

Contacted eco4 energy saving  about changing my back boiler through the government  grant scheme I was a bit skeptical at first as I've  had other companies out to check but said they couldn't  help.
